Globules is a cohesive, structured display font that focuses on creating a flow utilizing interlocking puzzle-piece like glyphs and tight+consistent kerning. Due to it’s blocky but round blobject aesthetic, it’s perfect for 3D work or even just bevel and emboss layer styles in Photoshop or the like.
The uppercase glyphs are slightly blocker and appear heavier, with the lowercase being bubblier and appearing lighter visually. Especially light numbers include blockier alternates within the first stylistic set. Uppercase and lowercase X/Y have alternates within SS02.
The font was built with an implicit 5x5 grid. The stems width and heights of all the glyphs fit within the grid creating a pleasing and organized look, even within large bodies of text.
The purchase includes one static font, as an OTF and TTF file.
